Our Full Search Service is our comprehensive buyers advocacy service, designed for clients who want us to manage the property search and acquisition process from beginning to end.

We start by taking the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, including your budget, preferred locations, property requirements, lifestyle needs or investment objectives.

From there, we undertake a comprehensive search of the Geelong property market.

But finding a property you like and knowing whether you should buy it and how much you should pay are very different things. Our Assess & Negotiate Service is designed for buyers who have already identified a property and want an experienced buyer’s advocate to independently assess it before they proceed. We undertake research and due diligence on the property, analyse comparable sales and provide an independent assessment of market value. We look beyond how the property presents. We consider the individual location, street, land, property characteristics, comparable sales and other factors that may influence its value and future appeal. If you decide to proceed, we then develop the purchasing strategy and negotiate on your behalf.

Auction Bidding

Professional Representation on Auction Day Auctions can be fast, competitive and emotional. Our Auction Bidding Service is designed for buyers who have already completed their property research and due diligence and simply want an experienced professional representing them on auction day. Before the auction, we discuss your bidding limit and agree on a bidding strategy. On the day, your Elite Buyer Agents representative attends the auction and bids on your behalf, allowing you to remain removed from the emotion and pressure of the process.
