Vicky has been excellent to work with as an interstate investor on our Geelong property search. She inspects every property in person, deals directly with selling agents, and gives honest, ground-truth assessments. No sales pitch, and no talking up a property that doesn’t stack up.

Being interstate, having someone we can fully trust on the ground has been essential, and she’s delivered every time.

Highly recommend.

We had Vicky as our buyer's agent and she was excellent. From the beginning she was on the same page with our vision and going beyond what was expected. She was honest, transparent and always gave good insight into the market and areas of interest. I can recommend Vicky who shall not disappoint.

Outstanding Support and Complete Professionalism

We had a fantastic experience working with Victoria Whittaker as our local buyer's agent in Geelong area. As interstate buyers, we needed someone highly reliable, and she went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly responsive, helping us coordinate everything seamlessly and finalize a property purchase at the absolute last minute of LRBA deadline on 9th of Aug. Her communication, speed, and dedication made a stressful process feel completely manageable. She is a true professional who genuinely looks after her clients' best interests. We highly recommend her services.

We used Elite Buyers Agents for our recent investment property purchase. From Sydney we wanted a local buyers agent with intimate knowledge of the area and the market in the Geelong region. Vicky was great, she knows the market very well and provided us with some great options, we ultimately settled on a great property and Vicky was there every step of the way.

Would highly recommend Vicky and Elite buyer agents to anyone!

From the start Vicky's knowledge was outstanding. We purchased our first investment property which was a scary thought but as soon as we spoke to Vicky the process became so easy.

In uncertain times with investing in general Vicky's knowledge, communication, hard work and contacts with other professionals in the field ensured we got what we feel was the right property, in the timeline we needed and still within our initial budget.

Thanks again Vicky and Elite Buyer agents!

Vicky was wonderful at sourcing us a great off-market deal. Her communication, professionalism and local knowledge was greatly appreciated, especially during challenging market conditions of limited supply. We are confident our property will outperform and look forward to our next purchase!
